NEW Egernia depressa Enclosure SETUP!!
I’m confused you said the viv at the bottom is 1800x60x60, but that doesn’t make sense in mm. Do you mean 1800x600x600, or are you mixing mm with cm, like 1800 mm x 60 cm x 60 cm? (I’m American sorry).
Hey mate, the custom pvc, did you make it yourself or purchase it? We've got a 3m carpet and looking to upgrade her, I want to build but just tossing up whether to diy or buy and whether to go wooden or pvc. Cheers mate 👍
I just recently upgraded my blueys’ lighting. The LEDs are no joke! I can confirm how big of a difference it makes and my blueys colours are stunning under it. My eastern under basic heat/UVB lighting alone looked mostly dark brown but with an LED you can see some greens and reds on him!
Hybrid ???
Is that lace fully grown?
Great video thank you
I love turtles and tortoises so much, thanks a lot for bring this episode sir👍
Where’s the plant from? Its the exact look I’m Going for . I’m in Melbourne aus can’t recall the plant bug I’ve seen it lol
Oh wow, I wish I was in Australia! 😊
Quite amazing
Newbie here, How do you go about getting the correct parameters - nitrate, nitrite ammonia, ph, im interested in getting into the hobby but worries about not getting the right levels. Also is it difficult in cleaning the tank, especially with algae build up. And what csnister filter is recommended
I'm out there now. Any specific locations?
no lie I was expecting to hear a hanger n some tape lol
Is this a Rack It starter unit or something? Looks great.
Hey cooper just wondering if normal sand that you would put in a sand pit would be good for a tank? My female blotched bluetoungue lizard gave birth January the first to six babies
Yes I’ve used play sand before in enclosures but depending on species eucalyptus mulch might work better 👍
Is this a Exoterra terrarium in 90×45×90 cm ?
60x60x45
Love these im looking for a pair
but i have seen bigger tho?
Im loving the use of one long T5 bar across multiple cages. I'm definitely going to replicate this setup eventually
That turned out awesome thanks for sharing. GOD BLESS from America 🦎💖🦎💖🦎💖🦎💖🦎💖
And I thought a timer for heat lamps was Peak🥲
That was a big step for me as well haha I can’t believe I would turn lights by hand daily for so long
what is the white square grow light called? I've been aching to find decent bright lights that arent 100 bucks
Hell yeah Coop, this looks so good!
If its western right, why are there eastern spiney tails 😂
Eastern Western Australia 😂 bit of a strange concept
@@coopsreptiles2588 i was about to say XD
Those pvc rock hides are fantastic
Thanks mate!
Nice setup for a side mission you should try make a water bowl in a rock formation and put a palm sized cut in and have a naturalistic water bowl and also you should make a video on how to stop your reptiles going on the edges of the enclosure scratching it and should do a video of how to build trust with your reptile so you can interact with it better
Hi,like your vlogs, just wandering were did you get your 1800 pvc enclosure from, cheers
Custom built enclosure by Tyson from Habitats at Home
Thanks mate, most appreciated 👍
What brand sand is this?
Washed Sydney sand from Bunnings
Very nice. What is the LED on the Mountain Dragons. Thanks
Just a plant grow LED bar from eBay..
another fantastic setup mate well done
Thank you! Cheers!
What foam is it
Foam? I don’t think I used any?
Great setup!
Thanks!
Nice new set-up. The Rock hide is just outstanding. From my point of view 180cm should be the minimum, they are very active. My juvenile Blotchie is extremely active and the enclosure has 125x80x55 dimensions. Once it is full grown, 180 cm will be the minimum for its enclosure.
Yeah I agree more space the better imo. I will be putting them outdoors over warm parts of summer as well
That rock hide is super nice well done
Love naturalistic and bioactive setups especially for lizards and frogs.
yoo i love blue tongue skinks i had one but she passed away at the start of this year, still love watching videos about them still, keep up the great work with your reptiles bro
Fitting music, lol
Very cool
Oh bless him, perhaps the odd tasty treat would help him to become a little more tame.
He is adorable. He is your laundry body. GOD BLESS 🦎💖🦎💖🦎💖🦎💖
Skinkles! I adore him 💚
Don’t you keep skinks outdoors too coop? Does he interact with your skinks?
Hey man I currently live in Melbourne and my blue tongue has always lived in an indoor enclosure with lamp what do you reckon will it be safe for me to move it to an outdoor enclosure without any lamps? Will it survive the frosty Melbourne Mornings?
If they occur naturally in your area then it should be able to survive no problem. As long as you set it up right with an insulated area full of dry media it can burrow inside. Just depends on what risk you are willing to take with your animal
What kind of reptile farm is this? Amazing WOW% #&#%@^
Man, that was a good looking and healthy Death Adder. Great short vid
Great video
Mini danger noodle
Beautiful lil fellas
how do you get your lizards to eat straight away?
Beautiful, unique lizards
hey i have a question, what if you use two dome uvb lights? would that still work, or is it still better to get the longer uvb?
The uvb type depends on its use. But for the most part a t5 is going to be the best option we currently have
